The Witcher TV series coming from Netflix this year!

I LOVE The Witcher 3. It's hands-down my favorite game on the PS4. It was a huge inspiration for a lot of the details of Primordia, especially the Adventurers' Guild.

I was excited when I heard about this show, but I'm super-stoked now that I've seen the casting. Also, the author of the books is involved, and it sounds like the show will be based more on the books than the games, which I think is awesome. I'm hoping to read the books soon. I've heard they're really good.

Unfortunately I haven't played witcher 3 yet. I finished the first one, have the second but havent tried it yet. Mind you they are both PC versions.

I will definitely keep an eye on this, really like the lore of this series, so it could be an interesting show.

Yeah, I haven't read the books either but they're on my list.  Should be fun to watch on Netflix.

The fact that it's on Netflix really excites me; all that extended story potential instead of cramming a large plot into a 2-hour movie (Assassin's Creed, anyone?).
